 We were delighted to find out in April that we had won the prestigious Fashion Angel , ASOS business mentoring program. We have been trading with ASOS Marketplace since December 2011 and they have been extremely helpful overseeing all stages of our business from the general launch through to advice on our collections development. The Last year and a bit has been a great trading experience and we have enjoyed watching our business grow internationally through our ASOS Marketplace customer base.

We were absoloutely delighted when Alison Lewy from Fashion Angel and Rachel Humphreys, ASOS’s Senior Marketplace Manager announced that Isolated Heroes had won the place on the prestigious program. Last Friday brought our first visit to ASOS HQ which I will detail in another blog post. We Reviewed all aspects of the business and looked over the labels history, customer base and our current range. Lets just say my to do list right now is massive!

The next six months are set out to be a hectic but extremley benifital time for the Isolated Heroes label while we are part of this prestigious program which sets to nurture and develop creative talent.

As you all know by now we LOVE the idea of Girl Power in the ISOLATED HEROES Studio!!  And we LOVE Girl groups! So when Girl Band STOOSHE asked us to send over some pieces from the collection we were more than happy to oblige. Earlier this year I think it was around February / March we took to the freezing shoreline of St Andrews to shoot some of our new line for our online store. The lookbook was aimed for our international stockists and we wanted to have a real futuristic element to the photos. We scoped out some immense locations and chose to shoot here. We shot a look book and coinciding editorial on the same day however the editorial is currently with NOCTIS Magazine and won't be released until their summer issue in June. Here is a selection of my favourite photos from the day.

2013 Has brought Isolated Heroes our first ever Album cover!!! We were absolutely delighted when the amazing SYRON chose the Isolated Heroes yin-yang hand sequin black power mesh dress for the cover for her new EP Here! Get it on itunes or in a store near you now. It is amazing to see how much publicity the promos shots of Syron int he dress have brought Isolated Heroes as the pictures have literally been featured everywhere from the Topman website, The FADER, NME, to club night posters and festival billboards. This girl is about to blow up! She is massive!

WE ARE BACK!!!

Hey Guys!!! It has been so long since we have written a blog post! Although our company has slightly changed and grown that bit bigger our brand ethos and values have remained the same and our customers are at the core of that! We actually LOVE when we receive emails and tags on instagram and facebook of you guys wearing our stuff it gets us so excited and pushes us to bring you even better products in the next collection. We realized after a recent meeting with our new brand mentors that staying connected with our customers is probably THE most important thing in a growing brand and although we are constantly updating our facebook, twitter, and instagram etc sometimes its nice to take a step back and actually write it all down and get a personal connection with our customers. So with this we are coming back to blogging as we have miss it and its important to dedicate that little bit of time each week!
